Success Is Failure Turned Inside Out
For many years I struggled with accepting defeat, I was ashamed of who I once was, a born and raised New Yorker, raise in the Ghetto, a Puerto Rican with only 3 options in life…Jail, drugs, or death. I was a middle school dropout, with no moral support. There was no father figure in my life to set me straight. My mother suffered from depression and took more pride in stacking garbage into a tiny studio apartment, It was a Place I dreaded calling home. For three years of my life, I was Institutionalized into a juvenile system where I was beaten and abused day in, and day out. I bare scars of a memory I can still see today. For the first time in my life I quit, and I lost hope.
I seek to help others through sharing a story and life experience that will forever change your mindset, and I strongly believe that if we can change a mindset we can change the course of life for the better, I am committed to sharing powerful strategies that can help you improve your life, health, and Organization Culture
Living Proof That Change is Possible
Today I stand as living proof that change is possible, that no matter what the circumstance, there is a plan for each and everyone of us. We are only limited by the things that we allow to limit us. My powerful presentations are formed from my many years of being abused, living in the struggle, and my failures. I was finally able to one day overcome the challenges that life set before me, and today I accept my failures, I want to teach you how to build the discipline, character, and mental fortitude it takes to overcome life challenges.
I am a Veteran self started initiative willing to bring value, confidence, and innovation to any audience or organization. Here at Committed to Inspire we focus on collaborating with other organizations and individuals to help influence positive change and inspire a positive strong willed mindset from within.

We are a blended family who have seen some of the worst life has to offer. Today our family Values have molded us into an inspiring Love Story; one that has much wisdom to offer. My wife and I come from troubled paths, we endured through the pain, abuse, and suffering so that our children could have a better life. We strive to make a difference, not just in our home but for all humanity.
